About the retreat
This retreat is a sanctuary for deep rest. Supporting a gentle reset for the nervous system, it offers space to step away from the demands of everyday life, connect with yourself and share meaningful moments with other women. Through rest, reflection and supportive practices, the retreat encourages a return to balance, to slow down and experience the power of deep sacred rest.
You will be guided through morning meditations, group sound baths and wellbeing workshops while also having the opportunity to receive one to one reiki healing and therapeutic support.
During your free time, you may wish to explore the beautiful Andalusian mountains or the nearby picturesque village of Casares, or simply relax by the saltwater pool or in the indoor sauna at the luxurious Villa Esencia.
The Space
Villa Esencia is a unique private rural retreat home nestled in the Casares mountains close to the Andalusian Coast in Spain. This space has been thoughtfully created for spiritual growth and transformational healing work. Through soft lighting, soothing surroundings and a peaceful atmosphere, it offers a sanctuary away from the demands of everyday life where women can slow down, connect and experience deep, restorative rest.

India Rose is a holistic facilitator devoted to creating spaces for deep rest, connection and inner balance. Through sound baths, intuitive energy work and thoughtfully held group sessions, she guides others back to their own natural rhythm. Rooted in gentleness and grounded presence, her work invites you to hold space for yourself and trust your inner compass.

Leigh Best is an Accredited Clinical Psychotherapist and Clinical Lead for Positive Minds, bringing over twenty years of experience supporting individuals and families through complex emotional and physical health challenges. Her approach blends clinical insight with deep compassion, focusing on helping people rediscover resilience, clarity and emotional balance through thoughtful, evidence-based therapeutic support.

Christine O'Donnell
Christine is the founder of Luna Wellbeing, offering intuitive holistic sessions that honour the body’s innate wisdom. Blending Reiki, SourcePoint Therapy®, BodyTalk, holistic kinesiology and Bach flower remedies, she works gently with energetic and emotional patterns beneath the surface. Her approach supports the release of blockages, restoring balance, clarity and natural flow.
